I had a loan done through Stratton in 2015. Was great all round. So thought I'd give them a go for the 2nd time and was not impressed. Poor customer service, wasn't offered choices of lenders, terrible rates & frees and was told to go to pepper money, which is a lender for people with bad credit when my credit is great & who own Stratton finance. I find this to be a massive contradiction to what they say offer as a financial brokerage.Would not recommend anymore

After being knocked back for a car loan, I gave Stratton a go as a last resort. I'm glad I did. Within 2 days I had a phone call and after all of the paperwork was handed in I had an answer. Every step of the way was quick and painless.Natasha was amazing.
