Pioneer Credit

Actually shocked with all the negative reviews - My debt got moved to Pioneer Credit so I contacted them and set up a payment plan. They’ve always treated me with respect and took into consideration my current circumstances. PC have set up a payment plan for me which is suitable and affordable.

This is the type of organization that pushes already stressed people over the edge. They are a shameful disgrace of the highest order and should be shut down and the directors locked up for their predatory conduct! As others have reported they chase non existent debts by harassing family and friends of their victims and then when they get nowhere they take to stalking Facebook profiles and tracking down numbers of personal contacts and then harassing them for information... This is literally stalking and cyber bullying of the highest order absolute crooks the lot of them and anyone that woks here should be ashamed.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this place. I owned a company that went into liquidation last year. This debt is for the company, not myself. They have proceeded to stalk my Facebook, find out where I work, incessantly call my workplace, breaching privacy, to get in contact with me. They have now started stalking my family, mother and step father so far and call them regarding this. Also another major breach of privacy. I have had to go as far as going into the police to report them for stalking. This is absolutely appalling behaviour. I'll be contacting my lawyer and there will be repercussions for this harassment. I am furious.

I don’t know anything about this company except they called me out of the blue and then texted asking about one of MY customers. I called back thinking something serious had happened to her until I realised it was some kind of debt collecting agency. They wanted me to contact my customer and tell her to contact them. I asked what it was in regards to and “Reggie” said there was a matter my customer was involved in with them. I said I would let her know they had contacted me but how on earth did he get my number? He said it was on a “public registry” where they thought I may know her. That didn’t make sense. Then he had the audacity to tell me that if my customer didn’t contact him, he would call me again to find out where she was. I politely told him that would be a HUGE conflict of interest and not to contact me again. I’ve never seen anything like it before. Just gross.

Very small public company generating negative profits equating to their whole market capitalisation . Negative cash flow. (Ref . PNC ASX fundamentals)Lots of negative reviews from customers and former staff relating to unscrupulous collection tactics, from what I can see.My own experience was very stressful and disappointing, Pioneer reps contacting me via third parties and threatening to continue doing so unless I provided all my personal details.

Had to work with Pioneer over a poor property i sold in mining town. Dealt with Jigna. Lovely person and together we worked a solution beneficial for us both. Made a stressful situation solved in very short period of time. They have a hard job but was very thankful for the way they assisted me forward. Thank you

Unethical Scammers, calling clients and acquaintances constantly. Won’t stop even when documented they will do so.

Very helpful and respectful company. Helped me reach financial freedom. I think people have forgot if they take loans they need to pay it back that's why so many people doing negative reviews
